Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade Operative background, joinery experience essential. The works include the repairs or replacement of various windows, doors, kitchens, tiling & patch plastering is desirable
Vinyl floor laying (cap and cove) desirable
Basic plumbing repairs, including toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, taps.
Pipework installation and repair, soil stacks and domestic drainage
Working in tenanted properties on responsive repairs.
Social Housing experience is essential.
Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
