Full Job Description

  • Carry out a range of joinery repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Complete associated multi-skilled maintenance works as required.
  • Work across domestic and commercial properties.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Complete work efficiently and to required targets and deadlines.
  • Provide excellent customer service while working on site.
  • Follow health and safety procedures and company standards.
  • Maintain a professional approach when working within occupied and operational environments.

    This role requires a high standard of workmanship, strong customer service skills and the ability to complete work efficiently while meeting targets and deadlines., City & Guilds Craft Certificate in Joinery or an equivalent qualification.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Proven experience in joinery and building construction.
  • Experience working within a property maintenance environment.
  • Experience working across domestic and commercial properties.
  • Ability to work effectively to targets and deadlines.
  • Strong practical workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
    • Desirable
  • CSCS Card.
  • Experience carrying out a wider range of multi-skilled property maintenance works.

    Temporary contract until April 2027.
  • Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
  • £17.99 per hour PAYE.
  • £23.89 per hour LTD.
  • £26.41 per hour charge rate.
  • Based in Ashington.
  • Company van and fuel card provided.
  • Power tools, equipment and workwear provided.
  • On-call retainer and overtime opportunities available where required., Temporary work until April 2027.
  • Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
