Full Job Description
Working across occupied homes and void properties, with flexibility to support business needs
- Undertake 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works including doors, frames, skirting, architraves and basic structural repairs
- Carry out plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing taps, toilets, traps and minor pipework
- Diagnose faults and complete effective, long-lasting repairs in occupied and void properties
