Multi Skilled Tiler

Carry out a full range of wall and floor tiling works across domestic properties
Diagnose, repair and resolve tiling issues, including small patch repairs
Identify defects and complete remedial work to a high standard
Prepare surfaces before tiling and complete all finishing works after installation
Undertake external tiling, floor screeding, and tile fixing where required
Complete routine maintenance and refurbishment tiling tasks
Accurately record and update work using a PDA system
Follow all Health & Safety, Equality, and Customer Service standards
Report accidents, near misses, and potential hazards promptly
Deliver excellent customer service, adapting to different customer needs and schedules

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Wall & Floor Tiling (or equivalent apprenticeship)
Full UK driving licence (with no more than 7 points)
Strong experience in all aspects of wall and floor tiling
Proven background in maintenance and repair work within domestic properties (including high-rise environments)
Ability to work in confined spaces and varied site conditions
CSCS card, asbestos awareness, and own tools (desirable)
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
