As a Multi-Skilled Plasterer, you will be a key member of our Cobalt Housing Property Services, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our homes by delivering high-quality plastering repairs, refurbishment works and property improvements across both tenanted properties and empty homes.
Role Summary
You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plastering activities including patch repairs, skimming, rendering, dry lining, ceiling repairs, and making good following maintenance and installation work. In addition, you will utilise your multi-skilled trade experience to undertake associated repairs such as tiling, basic joinery, minor plumbing, minor brickwork, and other finishing works required to complete jobs efficiently and provide a first-time fix.
You will contribute directly to the successful delivery of our Responsive Repairs, Empty Homes and Planned Maintenance programmes, helping us ensure our properties are safe and well-maintained. work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.
Cobalt Housing is a registered housing association based in North Liverpool. We manage and maintain around 6,000 affordable homes in Fazakerley and Sparrow Hall, Croxteth and Norris Green.
