Full Job Description
- Carry out plastering works in void properties, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Undertake additional trades such as basic carpentry, tiling, and painting as required.
- Assess and report on the condition of properties to identify necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete refurbishment projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with the maintenance manager regarding progress and issues.
Proven experience as a plasterer, with a strong background in social housing or residential properties. - Essential qualifications; City and guilds Level 3 and NVQ Level 3 in Plastering.
- Multiskilled in additional trades such as carpentry, tiling, or plumbing is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to various sites.
