  • Prepare, edit, manage and deliver production files for publication across multiple channels and formats.
  • Ensure content meets agreed creative, technical, brand, compliance and accessibility standards.
  • Take ownership of your specialist production area, anticipating and resolving technical or operational issues.
  • Manage equipment, production files and media assets accurately throughout the content lifecycle.
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues, escalating complex issues to external support providers when required
  • Follow production health and safety requirements, contributing to risk assessments and safe working practices across studio, location and live environments.
  • Evaluate emerging production tools and workflows, recommending practical improvements that increase quality, efficiency and reliability.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, responsive and team-focused in-house production environment.
  • Administer online platforms supporting file delivery, webinar streaming and production rundown management.
  • Manage review and approval workflows in Frame.io, coordinating producer and stakeholder feedback clearly and efficiently.

    You'll bring:
  • Substantial professional experience producing video and audio content across studio, live and location environments.
  • Advanced practical knowledge of cameras, lighting, sound and associated production equipment, in studio, location and event environments
  • Proven audio and video editing experience, preferably with experience Premiere Pro and Audition
  • Familiarity with After Effects for basic animation, and colour correction in Premiere or DaVinci Resolve
  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end production workflows, including technical planning, media management, quality control and multi-channel delivery.
  • The ability to interpret creative briefs and make informed technical and creative decisions.
  • The expertise to anticipate, diagnose and resolve complex production issues, including during live delivery.
  • Strong visual and editorial judgement, demonstrated through a portfolio of high-quality work across different formats and audiences.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
