What you'll do

• As multi skilled Operative, all allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.


• Multi skilling across various trades to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes. This includes repairs, maintenance and property refurbishments.


• Delivering high-quality and compliant work.


• All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.

Requirements

• Relevant building/construction qualification.


• Experienced of working across multiple building trades such as joinery, carpentry, plastering, tiling, brickwork, groundwork or basic plumbing.


• A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.


• A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting covering Luton and Colchester.

The practical bits: Working Monday to Friday, you'll also be asked to take part in our out of hours service on a rota basis with colleagues, with an additional generous on-call payment. This role covers a patch stretching from Luton and Colchester. You must be able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning, and collaborate with other colleagues. You'll need a Basic DBS check done, and we pay for that.
