Full Job Description
Working with a fantastic team of other operatives, you'll carry out all activities associated with internal and external maintenance and refurbishment on our range of Coastline properties. You will also be responsible for the care and condition of Company vehicles, plant and equipment.
The successful applicant for this role will have a sound level of education and ideally hold a relevant trade qualification, and also hold a CSCS card (required to obtain once in role if not previously held). We are also looking for someone who has general building experience, working within a customer-focused environment and within a team. A good understanding of health and safety at work would be advantageous.
This role requires a full driving licence and is subject to a basic DBS check.
