Full Job Description

We're looking for a Multiskilled Engineer - Plumbing & Mechanical Bias to support two diverse client sites, delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance in environments ranging from luxury office space to busy warehouse operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring critical building services remain safe, compliant and operational while providing excellent customer service to colleagues, clients and stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

-Deliver planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across plumbing, mechanical and building systems.

-Carry out water hygiene activities, including temperature monitoring, TMV servicing, water tank inspections and flushing regimes.

-Maintain and repair plant and equipment such as pumps, pressure vessels, calorifiers and closed-loop systems.

-Support small works projects, contractor management and compliance activities across both sites.

-Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately recorded and compliant with company procedures and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:

-NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

-Proven commercial plumbing and mechanical maintenance experience.

-Experience working with water systems, water hygiene regimes, pumps, pressure vessels and TMV servicing.

-Confidence using CAFM/PDA systems and maintaining accurate records.
