Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Engineer Bias

ROLE: Multi Skilled Engineer with HVAC BiasHOURS: 40 hours per weekLOCATION: Warwick

We're looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC bias, to provide and maintain a high level of building maintenance support to our clients.

Role Responsibilities:

-You will be part of a team of multi-skilled technical support staff that ensure that the service provided meets the contractual requirements and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.

-You will assist in supervising contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.

-You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required, being aware of the business continuity plan for the part of the business you work in.

-You should have strong knowledge and be able to undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements as required in the scope of the contract, ensuring that the day-to-day planned preventative maintenance activities of building maintenance are completed in line with contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate will have time-served apprenticeships or an equivalent NVQ qualification in Carpentry and/or Joinery.

-You should have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role.

-It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg, be able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, and work at heights.
