Multi Skilled Engineer - Gas Engineer Bias

We're looking for a Mobile Gas Engineer to join our dynamic facilities management team, maintaining critical infrastructure across multiple client sites while ensuring safety, compliance, and service excellence. This role exists to ensure the safe and efficient operation of client facilities, meeting legal standards and exceeding service expectations. Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a variety of systems, including gas boilers, heating plants, pumps, and ventilation equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed in full compliance with current health, safety, and legislative requirements.
• Respond to emergency callouts as part of an on-call rota, diagnosing faults efficiently and restoring services safely.
• Complete accurate documentation and statutory records using handheld technology for task management and reporting.
• Identify and report additional work opportunities to support continuous improvement and enhanced service delivery.
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
• Hold valid and relevant gas qualifications, including COCN1, CCN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, and CODNCO1.
• Demonstrable technical experience in maintenance, fault finding, and repair of gas boilers, heating systems, pumps, and ventilation equipment.
• Possess a full UK driving licence, enabling travel between client sites.
