ROLE: Air Conditioning EngineerHOURS: Full TimeLOCATION: Broadoak, Portsmouth (Static Site with Regional Support)

We're looking for a qualified and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to be based at our Broadoak site in Portsmouth, delivering high-quality maintenance across a predominantly static site with additional regional support as required.
Role Responsibilities:
-Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with contractual obligations and statutory requirements
-Respond promptly and effectively to reactive maintenance tasks and system breakdowns
-Diagnose faults and complete repairs across a wide range of air conditioning and HVAC systems
-Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service reports and asset updates, while liaising with site management to minimise disruption
Recognised Air Conditioning / HVAC qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
-Valid F-Gas certification (essential)
-Proven experience delivering both PPM and reactive maintenance within a commercial or industrial environment
-Good understanding of health & safety compliance requirements
-Full UK driving licence
