Multi Skilled Engineer

Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out repairs to void properties, you'll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, within a social housing setting. You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.

Candidates will hold a minimum of Level 2 NVQ in two trades or a Level 2 Building Maintenance Multi-Trade Repairs Operative or equivalent. Ideally, you will hold a blue CSCS or higher and have excellent working knowledge of health and safety. Customer focused with experience of working in both void and occupied properties, you'll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
