Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs
Preventative and reactive maintenance, improving equipment performance and reliability
Working on motors, drives, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Supporting health & safety through risk assessments, permits, and compliance documentation
Using CAFM systems and mobile devices to manage maintenance tasks
Liaising with site services, clients, and supervising contractors
Supporting the team as a responsible person and deputising for the Shift Leader when required
Working overtime, including weekends, as business needs require

Time-served or recognised engineering apprenticeship
Strong building maintenance or FM experience
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
18th edition
Ability to write Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Permits to Work
