ROLE: Multi-Skilled Electrical EngineerHOURS: Full time (40 hours per week)LOCATION: Field-based - West Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Walsall, Wolverhampton)

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineers to join our growing engineering family, delivering high-quality maintenance services across commercial properties.
Role Responsibilities
-Deliver reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) services to all operational assets in line with project requirements.
-Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service covering electrical, mechanical and building fabric disciplines, including installations and modifications as required.
-Liaise with contractors and external suppliers, clearly communicating technical issues and ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with legal and company requirements.
-Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical and instrumentation plant using sound diagnostic and problem-solving skills to maximise equipment availability and performance.
-Ensure KPI and SLA compliance, complete documentation accurately and on time, and uphold health, safety and environmental standards at all times.
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or completion of a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship (essential).
-18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (essential).
-Experience working within commercial properties and a strong understanding of statutory compliance and health and safety legislation.
-Full UK driving licence.
