Full Job Description
This role will be varied and will include, but not be limited to:
· Site visits/patrolling/ lock ups and unlocking for client's premises
· Responding to Alarm call outs and completing relevant documentation.
· To work as part of the monitoring and response team
· Assisting customers
· Answering phone calls
To be successful in this role you will hold a valid SIA Licence and have a proficient level of English both written and spoken. You will also need to be customer focused with the ability to remain calm in emergencies and dealing with customers. The ability to work in a team is also essential, along with the ability to work unsupervised. Additionally, you will have a competent level of IT skills., · Knowledge of Timegate preferable
· Computer Literate
· SIA Licence
· Full Driving Licence
· Minimum age 25 (for insurance purpose)
· Must be prepared to work weekends
· A fast pace working environment so must be able to remain calm under pressure
The Ideal Candidate:
· Prior experience of working as a Duty Controller and a Mobile Response Security Officer is preferable.
· Must be flexible with working hours - days, evenings & weekends
