Full Job Description
Fruve London are looking for a reliable temporary delivery driver to cover holiday dates for a wholesale fruit & veg supplier based at New Spitalfields Market.
Early morning multi-drop deliveries to restaurants, cafés, bars and hospitality venues across London and Essex.
Must have own van
Medium-sized van minimum (Transit Custom / Sprinter / Crafter size preferred)
Small courier vans such as Peugeot Partner/Berlingo style vans will not be suitable due to load sizes
Multi-drop delivery experience preferred
Physically fit and comfortable handling produce boxes/crates
Punctual, reliable and good communication essential
Holiday Cover:
6th June - 13th June (excluding Sunday)
Approx. 4am start
Latest finish usually around 9am, although finish times may vary depending on delivery volume and route
Some days may finish earlier
Training:
At least one training/ride-along shift required before holiday cover begins
Optional Saturday Work:
Approx. 4am-6am
2 fixed delivery drops
£60 fixed rate
Optional additional weekly work available for the right person
