Full Job Description
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to support the continual service provision of Water Safety in one of the largest Health Boards in Wales.
The department is going through an exciting time of Modernisation and Service Improvement to maximise support and enhance the patient experience whilst, ensuring the department is fit for the future. We are looking to recruit someone who will excel in providing a safe, organised and highly efficient service, a person who can be innovative in their thinking and have the ability to make decisions for themselves, someone who can develop and support change in the department and be an integral part of a modern, effective, flexible Estates Team and ready for the future challenges ahead.
The successful applicant will have to demonstrate experience and level of competence in multi-discipline maintenance activities to enable support to the Electrical, Mechanical and Building Service Team at C&V UHB. Our prime purpose is to ensure the continual operation and proactive maintenance of Estate based "Engineering Services" across Cardiff & Vale UHB., Performs the duties to carry out repairs and planned preventative maintenance within the estate. Working on own and using own initiative.Ensuring hospital services, buildings and grounds are kept fully operational and safe.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
