Muli-Drop Driver

This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business., To ensure the speedy, efficient, and accurate delivery of pharmaceuticals to pharmacies and hospitals.,

• To maintain a safe a competent standard of driving, observing speed limits and other traffic signs and giving due regard to other road users.
• To have a daily check to ensure that your vehicle is in a roadworthy condition including a check of the lights, brakes, coolant, etc.
• To report any faults, breakdowns, accidents or delays.
• To maintain the internal and external condition of the vehicle together with the cleanliness of the vehicle.
• To ensure sufficient quantities of fuel have been taken for the day's work.
• To maintain the security of the vehicle and its contents at all times.
• To check all orders shown on the drop sheets and ensure all orders are loaded on the vehicle.
• To collect goods returned for credit, mail, delivery bins and their safe return to the branch at times instructed by the branch management.
• Ensure damages/breakages are dealt with promptly and correctly with due regard to special procedures for HazChems.
• To always maintain a smart appearance.
• To help maintain good customer relations.
• To be involved in other duties including warehouse tasks as defined by the Management.
• Meet all Health & Safety requirements
  
  + Valid manual driver's license with no more than 3 'live' points on your license.
+ Proven experience as a Multi Drop Van Driver or similar role. + Familiarity with local traffic laws and knowledge of assigned delivery areas/routes. + Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues. + Ability to work independently while adhering to delivery schedules.
