MSt Course Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to play a key role in supporting the delivery of our two part-time Master of Studies (MSt) programmes: Applied Criminology & Police Management and Applied Criminology, Penology & Management. This role is offered full-time and will be fixed-term for 2 years in the first instance.
Working closely with the Graduate Programmes Manager, Course Directors and academic staff, you will provide high-quality administrative support across the full student lifecycle, from initial enquiry and admissions through to assessment, qualification and graduation. You will also contribute to the planning and delivery of residential teaching blocks, ensuring a seamless experience for students, academics and external contributors.
The role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior professionals from policing, probation, prisons and the wider criminal justice sector. You will coordinate course administration, manage admissions processes, maintain programme information and learning resources, support assessments and examinations, and help organise teaching and programme events.

We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. You will be confident communicating with a wide range of colleagues and external partners, comfortable working independently, and committed to delivering a professional and responsive service.
