MSK Clinician

We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced MSK Clinician to join our FRP team delivering face to face sessions in Bristol and online rehabilitation sessions. You will play a fundamental role in providing support to patients by delivering remote assessment and treatment sessions. You will utilise your musculoskeletal knowledge to provide assessments and treatments of the spine, upper limb, and lower limb. Doors will be opened for you to work with a range of clients whilst you manage a caseload of patients in a professional manner. Our team usually work 8:00am - 16:00pm but we are always happy to be flexible. Our office hours are 8:00am - 18:00 pm Monday to Friday.

• Have completed a BASRaT accredited degree. E.g. Sport Rehabilitation.
• Full graduate member of BASRaT and entitled to the use of the title Graduate Sports Rehabilitator.
• 6 months previous experience within an MSK service
• Experience of working individually and within a team.
• Ability to set goals, and design individualised and progressive rehabilitation programmes.
• Adept in time management and prioritisation.
• Sound musculoskeletal knowledge including assessment/treatment of common conditions of the spine, upper limb and lower limb. Awareness of Post-operative protocols and precautions.
• Friendly and approachable with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Player.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of the client.
• An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion.
Desirable:
• Proven experience of managing a caseload of patients and running rehabilitation classes.
• Experience in health coaching
• Speaks another language
