MSE Maintenance Assistant

We are looking for Estates Maintenance Assistants to join our team to support with the undertaking of maintenance, improvement, and minor capital works on all facilities across the Trust on a range of estate buildings and fabric whilst ensuring that they are always compliant with all Trust and Statutory standards and procedures., If successful, you will undertake general housekeeping duties to ensure an acceptable level of workshop and plant room cleanliness.

You will also carry out the flushing of little used water outlets and replace shower hoses and heads as instructed producing and maintaining the necessary written records identifying checks carried out.

You will need to plan your own work schedule and undertake minor repairs and maintenance, unsupervised across the site, which typically may include, but not be limited to
