MRICS Valuations Surveyor (Commercial & Residential)

An opportunity has arisen to join our London based firm of Chartered Surveyors, carrying out commercial and residential valuations throughout London and the surrounding areas, including Herts, Kent, Essex and Surrey.

The ideal candidate must be an RICS registered surveyor and is able to value commercial, mixed-use, HMOs and residential properties. We value residential, industrial units, offices, shops, restaurants and semi commercial properties.

This will be a home-based position with the option to work from our office as you require.

Surveyors are generally allocated to their designated geographical areas, although there may occasionally be opportunities to provide support in other areas when required.

We ask that all applicants have a minimum of 2 years' experience in valuing properties in London and the surrounding areas - MRICS qualification is a prerequisite.

London's Professional Indemnity cover is £5,000,000 although we regularly value properties worth considerably more.

Unlike many of our competitors we are more than happy to carry out accompanied Building Surveys and Homebuyer Reports.

Salary - Up to £75K BASIC - £120K OTE

Optional over-time on weekends
