Full Job Description

As a Batcher, you'll play a central role in maintaining high standards across Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with the Plant Supervisor to uphold company policies and procedures
  • Ensuring accurate batching and timely shipping to meet customer expectations
  • Managing inbound and outbound material handling
  • Maintaining precise stock records using the batching computer system
  • Monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies
  • Supporting site maintenance, including housekeeping, greasing equipment, and defect reporting

    Are you detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to take on a vital role in site operations? We're looking for a Batcher to join our team and work closely with the Plant Supervisor to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient site management., Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Experience in batching, logistics, or plant operations (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good computer literacy and record-keeping skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
