Motorcycle Technician

Are you a passionate Motorcycle Technician looking to take the next step in your career? At Vertu BMW Motorrad Sunderland, we're expanding and looking for a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join our successful and growing team What you'll be doing As a Motorcycle Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service and technical excellence. Working within our modern workshop, you'll be responsible for:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on new and used motorcycles.
• Diagnosing faults using the latest manufacturer technology and equipment.
• Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where required.
• Conducting inspections in line with manufacturer and DVSA standards.
• Road testing motorcycles and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Accurately completing all workshop documentation and job records.
• Working efficiently to achieve productivity targets while maintaining excellent quality and safety standards.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience through high-quality workmanship..
  
  A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds or equivalent.
• A full motorcycle licence.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• A commitment to delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
• An MOT licence (advantageous but not essential).
Previous franchise experience would be beneficial but isn't essential.
