About You As our Motor Fleet Underwriter, you'll: Take ownership of your allocated renewals &/or new business, using your expertise to retain strategic accounts that drive growth.Develop trusted partnerships with brokers, leveraging collaboration to unlock new opportunities and strengthen market presence.Represent the business confidently through face-to-face engagement, networking, and active participation in industry events.Support team development by guiding peers, reviewing referrals, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service.Work closely with internal departments to streamline processes and deliver seamless, client-focused solutions.Act as a reliable point of contact for priority clients, anticipating needs and delivering tailored, responsive support. Essential skills
