MOT Technician

Protyre Autocare is looking for a customer focusedMOT Technicianto join our team. We are a fast-growing national automotive company offering superb training and development opportunities. As aMOT Tester / Technicianyou will carry out MOTs and mechanical repairs as required.

Essential: Full Clean UK Driving Licence, held for at least 6 months (age restrictions may apply - points or offences may affect your application)

Valid MOT Licence

About the role:

Ensuring the work completed on each vehicle is carried out safely and to a high standard

Carry out MOT testing in accordance with DVSA testing requirements

General servicing and repairs, including fitting brakes, exhausts, and other mechanical products.

Fast Fit Tyre fitting whilst being able to use an alignment machine and understand the reading and relevant adjustments

Working in a safe manner and always comply with health & safety regulations

Ensure a high standard of personal presentation including always wearing correct company uniform.

Conduct any reasonable request / tasks as deemed necessary by the management team.

A valid MOT Licence

You will have experience in mechanical and fast fit repairs which may include tyre fitting, exhausts, brakes, suspension, general servicing and repairs to a wide range of vehicles

Full UK Driving Licence
