- Configure and maintain Mosaic forms, workflows, security, and system settings
- Translate service requirements into effective system solutions
- Lead system and user acceptance testing for configuration changes
- Provide second and third-line technical support
- Monitor and improve data quality and reporting
- Support system upgrades and work with the Mosaic supplier Technologies:
- Support
- SQL
- Security
- DevOps, We are currently seeking a Mosaic Software Configuration Specialist to join our team, focusing on the ongoing development and improvement of our core social care case management system. This hands-on technical role is critical in configuring, testing, and supporting Mosaic to ensure it meets the needs of Childrens and Adults Social Care. By working closely with service teams and suppliers, you will help deliver essential system improvements. We offer a collaborative work environment that values professional growth and teamwork.
Strong hands-on experience configuring the Mosaic system - Good understanding of social care processes and statutory requirements
- Experience of system testing and technical troubleshooting
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Experience with Childrens and Adults services
- Knowledge of Families First or Client-Level Data (CLD)
- SQL or reporting tool experience
