• Recruit, lead, and develop a team of Mortgage Consultants, helping them build successful careers within our group.
• Drive performance and exceed sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Shape the future of our business by attracting top talent and creating a culture of success.
• Deliver short-term sales goals and long-term growth strategies, reporting to senior leadership.
  
  Full mortgage qualification (CeMAP or equivalent).
• Proven experience in Financial Services and a strong track record in mortgage sales.
• A passion for leadership, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to lead by example.
