Mortgage Advisor - Employed - Wallsend

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business that co owns an Independent Agency businesses in Wallsend.

The mortgage business is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation.

The business is as busy and productive as a result of both the EA and FS business being long established, meaning a host of both new business opportunities as well as opportunities with existing customers.

Base salary DOE and negotiable but circa £30,000 - £35,000.

Self employed will be considered should the right candidate prefer this option.

We are specifically looking for a CAS existing Mortgage and Protection Broker.

Lovely team here - a great seat for the right individual.

The role is either office based or hybrid.

The role cannot be compared to that of corporate linked Financial Services linked to Estate Agency - no micro management here.

PRIMIS Mortgage Network - a wholly owned subsidiary of the highly respected parent business - LSL Property Services plc, is the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 3000 advisers across some 1000 individually branded mortgage and protection businesses.

The PRIMIS network of ARs offer Mortgage and Protection advisory services through numerous avenues including Specialist Mortgage Advisory businesses, Accountancy practices, Mortgage Shops, businesses supporting High Street Estate Agency, online Brokers, New Build specialist organisations with affinities with major housing developers, online Estate Agency - the list goes on..
