Mortgage Advisor - Employed - Romsey

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Romsey based independant Estate Agency business that now wants to take Mortgage Advisory in-house. The mortgage business will be set up as an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation. The business is a busy and productive Estate Agency business with some 20 - 30 sales per month. The firm are now looking for a CAS experienced advisor to join the business on either an employed or self employed basis

Base salary DOE and negotiable but circa £30,000 - £35,000 plus comms or a Self Employed package that can be discussed.

Average loan sizes are circa 300k meaning £60,000 + earnings and more are certainly possible

We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience.

The role cannot be compared to that of corporate linked Financial Services linked to Estate Agency - no micro management here.
