Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues
- Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities
- Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs
- Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets
Skills & Experience
- Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
