• Providing clear, compliant mortgage and protection advice tailored to each client
• Working closely with branch teams to maximise lead opportunities
• Managing your pipeline efficiently with the support of a dedicated admin team
• Playing an active part in a high-performing, supportive team environment
  
  CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience delivering mortgage and protection advice
• Strong customer focus with a solid conversion track record
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with Estate Agency teams
• Confidence in generating and converting new business
  
  OTE £60K+ with uncapped commission
