Monitoring Co-Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to be part of Facilities Team that is responsible for the monitoring of the Soft Services Contractor. The primary role includes the auditing and monitoring of the services that consists of catering, cleaning, portering, linen, and security and waste services within the South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust.

You will need to be proactive but also, reactive in auditing and monitoring of wards and departments across the Trust. Being in the heart of the clinical settings is key for the role

You will need to be dynamic, forward thinking but be able to prioritise your workload.

You will need to have good communication skills across a wide range of staffing groups.

Your role will cover mainly the working day but on occasions, support monitoring during some evenings and weekends, upon request.

You will be based at Warwick so having a driving licence and access to a car is essential.

The role also includes an element of administrative support, within the office environment, to support the daily needs of the team., To work as part of a team responsible for overseeing and monitoring the delivery of a range of multidisciplinary support services across South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust sites. These services include Cleaning, Portering, Catering including Retail, Waste Management and Linen. The role is responsible for ensuring that both in-house and outsourced service providers consistently meet contractual obligations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, providing assurance that services are safe, effective, compliant, and delivered in line with Trust and contractual expectations.

SWFT Clinical Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of the South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT). The company provides a number of services such as outpatient pharmacy facilities at Warwick and Stratford and Nuneaton hospitals; estates and facilities management at Stratford hospital, Acorn House and Lillington Health Hub; private patient service and consultancy services to NHS Trusts.

Subject to the Company and individual's performance, an annual discretionary bonus will be awarded.
