Full Job Description
The Module Registrations Manager role is responsible for the operational management of activities which support the delivery of Module Registration processes. The role holder will work under the direction of the Academic Timetabling and Modules Senior Manager and will be expected to work closely with the Faculty Teaching and Learning Operations Managers, Senior Officer (Module Registrations and Timetabling), academic colleagues and the Academic Quality and Policy Office to support the delivery of module registrations. They will be able to use their initiative and to take responsibility for solving problems and improving service delivery.
Candidates for this post should have excellent IT skills, problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills are essential. Experience in Student Record Systems would be advantageous. They should also be committed to contributing to the continual development and provision of a high quality service to students and staff.
Teaching & Learning administration at Royal Holloway is delivered through a central Student Administration Team and three Teaching & Learning Operations Teams based in each of the three Faculties. The teams are all part of the Student Administration Directorate, which is part of the wider Student Journey Division which is focused on delivering an excellent student and staff experience by developing and delivering effective and efficient services and support.
