Full Job Description
- Technical Escalation: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving high-level technical issues and escalations related to Microsoft 365, Azure services, Intune compliance, and other modern workplace technologies.
- Project Involvement: Participate in IT projects related to modern workplace enhancements, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest in Microsoft technologies and best practices for modern workplace environments, continuously improving processes and team capabilities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud infrastructure, including diagrams and procedures
- Monitor system compliance and ensure optimal operation of end user compute
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve Azure/365
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S) - Knowledge and experience using modern device management (Intune) and cloud services (Azure)
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Azure Fundamentals, Windows 10/11 certifications, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent.
