Model Management Executive

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Model Management Executive to oversee the development, representation, and career growth of talent. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, coordinate bookings, and negotiate contracts.

The main Key Responsibilities for this role are:
Manage daily schedules, bookings, and travel arrangements for assigned models
Liaise with international clients, brands, and casting directors
Negotiate contracts, fees, and usage rights in collaboration with senior management
Oversee model onboarding, portfolio updates, and career development planning
Coordinate castings, fittings, and production logistics

Previous experience in model management, talent management, or a related entertainment/fashion industry role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Understanding of international fashion, advertising, or media industries
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
