A degree in Electronics, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). Background in Defence with a focus on Marine or Land Environments Strong expertise in MBSE principles, tools, and systems engineering frameworks (ISO 15288). Proven experience providing technical consultancy to clients, influencing engineering decisions and best practices. Deep understanding of systems architecture, system integration, and lifecycle management. Ability to engage and manage stakeholders, effectively translating technical complexity into actionable solutions. Experience supporting bids and proposals with technically sound, commercially viable approaches. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a strategic mindset towards both engineering and business development. Desirable Experience: Background and understanding of Systems Engineering in Submarine Systems Strong awareness of emerging technologies and innovation strategies within
