Full Job Description
We're looking for a Mobility Manager who can bridge technical transport expertise with real-world event delivery. You will help plan and deliver how millions of people move within host cities during one of the world's largest sporting events.
This is about turning transport planning into operational reality at scale.
What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in shaping and coordinating Host City mobility planning, working within multiple cities, stakeholders and programmes to ensure transport plans are robust, integrated and deliverable.
You'll:
- Act as the key contact for a portfolio of Host Cities, supporting and guiding local mobility teams.
- Provide strategic oversight of Host Cities within the wider mobility and tournament plans while also offering technical assurance and transport expertise to ensure plans are fit for purpose.
- Ensure alignment between city-level planning and wider national/international transport strategy.
- Work across functions (stadiums, safety & security, host cities) to ensure mobility is integrated with wider tournament planning.
- Manage progress, risks and delivery across a complex, multi-stakeholder programme., Based at Wembley Stadium, with travel across the UK & Ireland as required.
2026: 3 days/week onsite
2027: 3-4 days/week onsite
2028: Full-time onsite during tournament delivery

- Understands how plans translate into real-world delivery under pressure.
