Full Job Description

This role sits within the IPS Grow national team and focuses on supporting the mobilisation, implementation and continuous improvement of IPS services. The successful candidate will work directly with service providers, commissioners and partners to strengthen delivery, test innovative approaches, support fidelity reviews and drive performance improvement across established and emerging IPS programmes.,

  • Provide practical implementation support to IPS services through onsite and virtual engagement.
  • Coach teams on best practice, employer engagement, clinical integration and equitable service delivery.
  • Support the development and testing of new IPS pilots and innovative approaches.
  • Produce guidance, training materials and tools for services and commissioners.
  • Mentor Team Leaders and Senior Employment Specialists to improve leadership, supervision and performance.
  • Conduct IPS fidelity reviews, quality assurance activities and improvement planning.
  • Build relationships with providers, commissioners, Integrated Care Boards and national stakeholders.
  • Use data and performance insights to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate learning networks, workshops and communities of practice across England.
  • Contribute to research, evaluation and sharing good practice across the IPS sector.

    Significant experience delivering IPS services, including recent leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of IPS fidelity, outcomes measurement and the evidence base underpinning IPS.
  • Proven ability to improve performance and implement IPS principles across different settings.
  • Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders at operational and strategic levels.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and coaching skills.
  • Confidence using data, dashboards and reporting tools to drive service improvement.
  • A passion for innovation, equity and expanding IPS into new client groups and settings.
  • Resilience, adaptability and a willingness to travel regularly across England.
