Mobile Workplace HostLocation: London & South Region (multi-site role) Salary: £15.00 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 6.30 am and 7 pm Reporting to: SOS Team Manager / Site Leadership Team The Role No two days are the same, and that's exactly what makes this role exciting.

As a Mobile Workplace Host, you'll be a flexible and trusted ambassador of our brand, providing cover and support across a portfolio of prestigious corporate workplaces.

You'll work across multiple client sites, delivering five-star hospitality, reception, workplace coordination and event support services while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their visitors.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering outstanding service wherever they go.

What You'll Be Doing

-Providing relief cover for planned and unplanned absences across our portfolio of locations

-Welcoming visitors, guests and colleagues with professionalism and warmth

-Conducting workplace inspections, setting up meeting rooms and event spaces, and supporting workplace experience teams

-Providing first-line support for meeting room and AV technology

-Supporting mailroom, events coordination, switchboard, and workplace administration services

Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills

-Adaptable and comfortable working in different locations and environments

-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

-Comfortable using workplace technology, including Outlook, Teams, and Word

-A proactive "How Can I Help?" mindset

-Willingness to travel regularly between sites and work flexibly when required
