We're looking for a Plumber who will deliver planned, proactive maintenance across a range of client sites while providing multi-skilled support across electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines. Role Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and proactive plumbing tasks across commercial client sites.
• Deliver a multi-skilled service supporting electrical, mechanical, and building fabric maintenance.
• Complete modifications, repairs, and new installations when required.
• Repair, maintain, and calibrate plumbing systems and associated mechanical/electrical instrumentation.
• Ensure all work meets high standards of Health & Safety, statutory compliance, RAMS documentation, and permit requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials to appropriate standards, ensuring safe and efficient use.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation using IT systems.
Required Qualifications Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
• NVQ Level 3 Plumbing qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working within commercial properties and installation environments.
• Strong understanding of building statutory compliance requirements.
• Full UK driving licence.
• IT literate with good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexibly and acquire additional skills across trades.
