Full Job Description

  • Act as the site technical services lead, ensuring compliance with all legislative, client and CBRE health, safety and environmental requirements
  • Manage and coordinate all planned, reactive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Lead and develop an on-site technical team, maximising self-delivery of works
  • Manage specialist subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to standard
  • Champion Maintenance Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support budget management in line with contract and service line requirements
  • Provide technical solutions and prepare quotations for small project works
  • Identify and support opportunities for additional services and increased scope
  • Provide technical support across a wide range of industrial technical services
  • Carry out hands-on maintenance activities when required (e.g. emergency response or cover)

    An engineering or technical background with strong hands-on experience
  • Proven experience supervising technical or maintenance teams
  • Strong knowledge of EHS requirements and safe systems of work
  • Excellent planning, scheduling and organisational skills
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to estimate labour, materials, and skills required for maintenance works
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competence reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints
  • Experience using work order systems and maintenance planning processes
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to lead by example
