Mobile Support Cleaner

We are seeking a Mobile Support Cleaner responsible for recovery cleaning operations across an allocated portfolio in line with their Sector Manager's area., We are looking for an individual who can ensure full delivery to client SLAs through strong contract knowledge, flexibility, and attention to detail.

The role requires regional travel and a proactive approach to supporting cleaning operations and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver all aspects of cleaning operations across sites within remit

Respond to Sector Manager requests as required

Complete periodic cleaning in line with client specifications and schedules to 100%

Adhere to client-specific security procedures and policies at all times

Maintain professional relationships with employer representatives and company personnel

Ensure familiarity with opening and lock-up procedures across all contracts

Record every site visit in the communications book and use T&A for each visit

Maintain stock levels of materials and consumables, and flag issues to the relevant manager

Experience in cleaning services roles

Ability to communicate effectively with and support front-line colleagues

Strong customer focus with the ability to manage client expectations

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, particularly with remote business groups

Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to work

Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks

Professional approach to building working relationships with internal stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership
