Full Job Description
We are looking for a Mobile Response Cleaner to support cleaning operations across a portfolio of sites within the Hull and York region. Working as part of the KAN sector, you will play a key role in delivering high standards of cleaning services and ensuring client service level agreements are consistently achieved. Job Description We are seeking a reliable and adaptable individual who can respond to changing operational requirements and work across a variety of locations. Daily and weekly assignments will be allocated by the Sector Manager, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service delivery.,
- Deliver recovery cleaning operations across an allocated portfolio of sites.
- Carry out all aspects of cleaning operational delivery within sites in your remit.
- Respond to requests and operational priorities set by the Sector Manager.
- Complete periodic cleaning activities in line with client specifications and schedules.
- Adhere to all client security procedures, policies, and site-specific requirements.
- Maintain site standards, including stock control and the organisation of cleaning storerooms.
- Record site visits accurately and ensure all required time and attendance procedures are followed.
- Build positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service.
Experience within a cleaning or facilities services environment. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service focus and the ability to manage client expectations.
- Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to work.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a responsible, ownership-focused mindset.
- Full UK driving licence, as travel is required within the role.
