This post forms part of a service currently subject to a service improvement and redesign programme. Service delivery models, roles and structures will be reviewed as part of the improvement process, which may result in changes and a consultation process in line with the Trust's Organisational Change Policy.

The Trust is committed to supporting staff throughout this process and ensuring fair and transparent decision-making., We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Network Administrator to support our busy team. This is a 6 months fixed term, full-time position offering 37.5 hours per week. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes and providing excellent service to both staff and the public.

The post holder will be based atLeyland House, located withinLancashire Business Park, Leyland. They will be aligned with a specific team within theChildren's Therapy Service for the Central and West Locality, but will be expected to support all Children's Therapy Teams across the Service. This post will also provide reception cover at Adlington Clinic.

This role involves managing the administrative process from referral to first appointment. Key responsibilities include booking appointments usingEMIS, handling telephone enquiries from service users, monitoring and managing waiting lists, and liaising with clinical teams. The post holder will coordinate administrative activities to ensure the delivery of a confidential, efficient, and high-quality service.
