Mobile Multi skilled Engineer - Mechanical Biased

Role: Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Biased Hours: 40 Hrs Location: London At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Mechanical Engineer (Mechanical Bias) who will undertake planned and reactive mechanical maintenance works, operating within a shift team to ensure continuous service delivery. Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance across a wide range of building services plant and equipment.
• Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and complete corrective works efficiently and safely.
• Monitor, record, and report plant performance, defects, and maintenance activities using the CAFM system.
• Work collaboratively within a shift team to meet client SLAs and KPIs while maintaining high professional standards.
• Ensure all works are completed in compliance with Mitie Engineering Services policies, health & safety requirements, and safe systems of work.
Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
• Recognised mechanical apprenticeship with City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of three years post-apprenticeship experience in a similar mechanical maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of building services systems including HVAC, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and heating systems.
• Proven experience delivering PPM and reactive maintenance within commercial or critical environments.
