Mobile MEP & Fabric Asset Surveyor

We are seeking a Mobile MEP & Fabric Asset Surveyor to join our team, supporting a key Government contract. This is an autonomous field-based role responsible for travelling across multiple sites to identify, inspect and accurately record building services and fabric assets across a diverse property portfolio., We are looking for a detail-focused professional with experience in MEP and fabric asset surveying who can deliver accurate, structured and verifiable asset data. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting asset management objectives by ensuring asset information is captured, validated and maintained to the highest standards., Carry out detailed MEP and fabric asset surveys using approved mobile data capture tools and templates.

- Accurately capture asset information, attributes, metadata and classifications.

- Apply appropriate Uniclass 2015 classifications to all surveyed assets.

- Validate asset information against the approved asset tagging strategy.

- Verify asset presence, specification, accessibility, operational status and completeness.

- Identify missing, duplicated, obsolete or incorrectly coded assets and support data improvement activities.

- Capture and verify condition, age and performance data to support lifecycle planning and modelling.
