Mobile Mechanical Engineer (SW London)

We're looking for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules. Contract: Type: Hours: Pay: Location: Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair plumbing, ventilation (AHUs, extract/intake), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs), and water assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters).
• Deliver high-quality service, respond to client queries, and report defects.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time, including inspection reports and remedial logs.
• Perform manual tasks including working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Participate in On-Call Rota and adhere to Health & Safety and Permit to Work procedures.
What we're looking for:
• Experience in Maintenance/Facilities Management.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. C&G Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe systems of work.
• Valid full UK driving licence and IT literacy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to use mobile devices effectively.
